The Director of Compensation and Benefits is responsible for leading these areas through analysis, development, evaluation and implementation of the organization’s compensation and benefits plans. Set forth and execute departmental goals by providing vision, leadership, planning project coordination and management for HRIS while concurrently facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs within the Human Resource Department Lead and plan the day-to-day operations of compensation, benefits, HRIS, payroll and employee health (FMLA / LOA).
